A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking through GlossGenius. The deposit amount varies based on the services chosen and will be applied to your total at checkout on the day of your appointment. 💳 Payment & Fees All deposits will incur a 3.5% convenience fee at checkout (this fee is not included in the deposit total). A card must be kept on file through GlossGenius as per the cancellation/no-show policy. The remainder of your purchase is to be paid in cash at your appointment. ⏳ Squeeze-In & Rescheduling Appointments made within 48 hours of the anticipated appointment time require a $15 squeeze in fee. Your appointment can be rescheduled once up until 72 hours prior to appointment when using the same deposit. Contact me to reschedule. A minimum 72 hour notice is required for character/detailed designs. A relative price can be requested in advance to give you an idea of overall cost. 🚨 Late Arrivals & Cancellations I will hold your booking for 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, if no communication is received within that window you will be considered a no-show, your appointment will be considered cancelled and treated as such. Without prior communication, I charge a 100% cancellation fee within 72 hours of appointment time. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
